| Lead Recruiter ā Roles & Responsibilities |
| Source IT, Non-IT candidates through job portals (Dice, LinkedIn), ATS, for State and SI Client. |
| Review client requirements and identify suitable candidates based on skills, experience, visa status, location, and availability. |
| Screen candidates via phone/video calls to assess technical skills, communication, and overall fit. |
| Negotiate pay rates and employment terms. |
| Submit qualified candidates to clients with complete recruiter notes. |
| Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients. |
| Follow up with candidates after interviews and collect feedback. |
| Maintain an updated candidate database and ATS records. |
| Build and maintain a strong pipeline of IT professionals. |
| Ensure all hiring documentation and compliance requirements are completed. |
| Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process. |
| Meet daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs such as: |
| Ā·70ā90 calls/day |
| Ā·3ā4 submissions/day |
| Ā·2-3 interview/Month |
