About the Role

Sparta Networking is hiring a Lead Quality Engineer for a well-established manufacturing company in New Hampshire.

This role will focus on customer quality issues, root cause investigations, corrective actions, internal audits, supplier quality, and continuous improvement within a chemical manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer complaint and quality investigations
• Identify root causes and drive corrective actions
• Work closely with manufacturing, R&D, technical, sales, and quality teams
• Support customers with troubleshooting, audits, testing, and technical questions
• Lead internal quality and GMP audits
• Support supplier quality and continuous improvement programs
• Review laboratory and sample testing results
• Track quality issues through resolution
• Provide technical training and support to internal teams and customers
• Maintain quality documentation and systems

Requirements

Required

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
• 6+ years of experience in chemical manufacturing, quality, or technical operations
• Strong knowledge of ISO quality standards
• Experience with Six Sigma, 8D, A3, root cause analysis, or similar problem-solving methods
• Experience resolving manufacturing and customer quality issues
• Strong communication and customer-facing skills

Preferred - Not Required

• Experience with SAP, LIMS, or other quality systems
• cGMP experience
• Adhesives, sealants, coatings, or specialty chemical experience
