We are currently seeking a Lead .NET / WPE Engineer to join our team in Charlotte, North Carolina.
Job Description:
We are looking for a senior-level engineer who can provide hands-on development and technical leadership, with a strong background in:
C# and .NET/.NET Core
WPF desktop application development, including MVVM, data binding, and UI architecture
Enterprise-scale application design and development
MongoDB
REST APIs and integration patterns
CI/CD and DevOps practices
Application modernization and technical debt reduction
Technical leadership, including design discussions, code reviews, and mentoring
Experience with Azure, SQL Server, enterprise document management/workflow applications, and AI-assisted development tools is also desirable.
The resource should be able to work collaboratively with architects, product owners, infrastructure, QA, SRE, and application support teams while remaining hands-on with engineering and delivery.
Required Qualifications
5+ years .NET experience
5+ years WPF desktop application development experience
Technical degree or additional experience
Excellent communication skills

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting hourly range for this remote role is ($60.00 - $70.00/Hour). This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on several factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
