Job Summary
We are seeking an experiencedLead MuleSoft Developer to design, develop, and lead enterprise integration solutions using theMuleSoft Anypoint Platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in API-led connectivity, Mule 4, DataWeave, and cloud-based integrations while leading a team of developers and ensuring delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance integration solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of MuleSoft integration solutions.
  • Design and implementAPI-Led Connectivity using System, Process, and Experience APIs.
  • Develop RESTful and SOAP APIs using Mule 4 and Anypoint Platform.
  • Create reusable integration assets usingDataWeave 2.0, RAML, and Anypoint Exchange.
  • Lead technical design discussions and provide architectural guidance.
  • Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.
  • Integrate enterprise applications such as Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Workday, ServiceNow, databases, and third-party systems.
  • Configure and manage API policies, security, logging, monitoring, and error handling.
  • Develop MUnit test cases and ensure high code quality.
  • Work closely with business analysts, architects, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC.
  • Support CI/CD implementation using Git, Jenkins, Maven, and Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and perform root cause analysis.
  • Drive Agile ceremonies and ensure timely project delivery.
Required Skills
  • 8+ years of IT experience with5+ years in MuleSoft.
  • Strong experience withMule 4, Anypoint Studio, Anypoint Platform.
  • Expertise inDataWeave 2.0.
  • API Design usingRAML/OpenAPI.
  • API Manager, Exchange, Runtime Manager.
  • REST, SOAP, JSON, XML.
  • API-led architecture and enterprise integration patterns.
  • CloudHub / CloudHub 2.0 / Runtime Fabric (RTF).
  • Security: OAuth 2.0, JWT, SSL/TLS, Mutual TLS.
  • Java, Maven, Git.
  • CI/CD using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions.
  • MUnit testing.
  • SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodology.
Preferred Skills
  • MuleSoft Certified Developer (MCD Level 1/2).
  • MuleSoft Integration Architect certification is a plus.
  • Experience integrating Salesforce, SAP, Workday, Oracle ERP, or ServiceNow.
  • Exposure to AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
  • Knowledge of Kafka, JMS, or event-driven architecture.
