Job Title: Lead Java Developer
Location: Seattle, WA 98101 — Within 50 Miles
Salary Range: $60/hr W2 – $65/hr W2
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of hands-on experience withJava/J2EE and enterprise application development(20%)
- 2+ years of experience withAgentic AI / Generative AI, including AI-enabled development and engineering workflows(40%)
- 7+ years of experience withSpring Framework / Spring Boot, RESTful services, and microservices(20%)
- 5+ years of experience withAngular and/or React frontend development(20%)
- Strong experience withApache Kafka, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, NoSQL databases, JUnit, Maven, Git, CI/CD, and Splunk
- Experience buildinghigh-volume, scalable, highly available, and distributed applications
- Strong understanding ofOOP, design patterns, TDD, Agile, and SDLC
- Experience coordinating withcross-functional and geographically distributed development teams
- Strong technical leadership, troubleshooting, code review, mentoring, and production support experience
- Must be able to work directly forArtech on W2
