JOB DESCRIPTION:
Everything we do is centered on providing a world class homeowner experience through the process of installing RbA’s windows and doorsÂ
Primary Responsibilities:Â
- Able to locate, identify, and load all necessary job site materials from material sheet Â
- Perform proper opening preparation for all types of installations, including inserts and Full Frame with BrickmoldÂ
- Performs basic aluminum bending (L flange, drip caps, flat rectangles/coil wrap)Â
- Ability to understand and install proper flashing based on install method, including drip caps, L flange, and new construction. Â
- Ability to make straight cuts to accurate dimensions within 1/32”Â
- Ability to safely extract old windows and doors without damaging propertyÂ
- Ability to install Fibrex L trim, F trim, and Flat trimÂ
- Ability to extract old windows and doors safely and without damaging propertyÂ
- Knowledge of service parts, procedures, and product operationsÂ
- Audit all truck stock, tools, products without supervisionÂ
- Address installation concerns with Field Techs or Installation ManagerÂ
- Maintains company vehicle in accordance with Fleet PolicyÂ
- Demonstrates responsible attendance and punctualityÂ
- Assist in delivering homeowner delightÂ
- Other duties as assignedÂ
- General warehouse support Â
- Provide technical measure functions when neededÂ
- Provide service support as neededÂ
- Provides directions to Installer Level IÂ
Qualifications:Â
- High School Diploma or equivalent experienceÂ
- Window and Door installation experience Â
- Ability to dismantle and reassemble windows, window coverings and hardwareÂ
- General understanding and knowledge of OSHA regulations and safe work practices in construction environmentsÂ
- Safety knowledge of all equipment Â
- Proper usage and understanding of PPEÂ
- Valid Driver’s License with ability to pass a fleet checkÂ
Skills and Competencies:Â
- Demonstrates responsible attendance and punctualityÂ
- Demonstrated interpersonal communication skills; strong listening and empathy skillsÂ
- Basic math skills, reading, and legible writingÂ
- Proficient and safe with power tools, miter box, hand and air tools, and ladder safety Â
- Flexibility;Â willingness to work variable work schedulesÂ
- Ability to provide corrective action feedback relating to safety on the job siteÂ
- Ability to lift up to 83 pounds Â
- Consistently provides flawless first-time window and door installationÂ
- CORO Safety and Compliance required trainingÂ
- First Aid/CPR – Every 2 yearsÂ
- OSHA 10-hr Construction Safety – Every 2 yearsÂ
- Ad hoc trainings as assignedÂ
PAY RANGE:
$27.76 - $41.64

PROFIT SHARING: In 2026 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,600 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
