Technical Lead / Team Lead – C# Microservices & Cloud Platform

About the Role

We are looking for an experiencedTechnical Lead / Team Lead with strong expertise inC#, .NET Core/.NET 6+, Microservices, and Cloud platforms.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading a key program track for acloud-native, multi-tenant SaaS platform focused on large-scale industrial data processing, analytics, and ingestion.

You will work closely with engineering teams and client stakeholders, taking ownership of technical decisions, delivery, architecture, and overall solution quality.

What You Will Be Doing

• Lead the end-to-end execution of the program track, including backlog, schedule, and delivery quality.
• Design and guidemicroservices architecture, API contracts, and data models for a scalable multi-tenant platform.
• Work onhigh-performance and low-latency distributed systems handling large-scale data processing.
• Work closely with client engineering teams as theprimary technical point of contact for architecture and technical decisions.
• Drive engineering best practices aroundcode quality, testing, SonarQube, DevSecOps, and security.
• Mentor and guide the development team and ensure high standards forscalability, maintainability, and technical excellence.

Must-Have Skills

• Strong expertise inC# / .NET Core / .NET 6+ development
• Strong experience inMicroservices architecture – design and implementation
• Hands-on experience buildingdistributed and scalable backend systems
• Good understanding ofevent-driven architecture – Kafka / MQTT / Pub-Sub
• Experience designinghigh-performance, low-latency systems
• Strong knowledge ofNoSQL databases and data modeling
• Experience withCI/CD pipelines, code quality tools, and DevSecOps practices
• Strong understanding ofsecure coding and vulnerability management (OWASP)

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience withAWS / Azure cloud platforms and a hyperscaler-agnostic mindset
• Hands-on experience withDocker, Kubernetes, and containerized deployments
• Experience withtime-series databases and telemetry data systems
• Exposure tomulti-tenant SaaS platform design
• Familiarity withELK, Prometheus, and Grafana
• Exposure toAI-assisted development tools and modern engineering practices

Experience Required

• 10+ years of overall software engineering experience
• 4–6+ years of experience inTechnical Lead / Team Lead roles
• Proven experience deliveringlarge-scale, production-grade systems
