Senior Backend Software Engineer / Technical Lead

The Opportunity:

We are looking for an experiencedSenior Backend Software Engineer / Technical Lead to design and develop enterprise-grade software solutions supporting validation infrastructure.

In this role, you will work across backend software development, automation, CI/CD, Linux platforms, containerization, databases, APIs, and engineering tooling. You will also provide technical leadership, contribute to architectural decisions, and collaborate closely with client stakeholders to improve validation efficiency, automation coverage, and operational reliability.

What You Will Do:

Design and develop enterprise-gradebackend software and engineering applications.
Develop and enhanceautomation frameworks supporting validation infrastructure.
Design, implement, and maintainCI/CD workflows and engineering automation.
Develop solutions forOS image management and supporting engineering utilities.
Define software architecture and contribute to technical design decisions.
Conduct code reviews and drive software quality and engineering best practices.
Optimize application performance, scalability, maintainability, and reliability.
Design and developdatabases and APIs supporting engineering applications and workflows.
Build and improve automated workflows across the validation environment.
Develop solutions integrated withLinux-based platforms.
Implement and maintainDocker-based containerized solutions.
Develop and maintain automated testing solutions.
SupportArtifactory integration and software artifact management.
Manage and improve software release processes.
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to other engineers.
Collaborate with client stakeholders and engineering teams to deliver scalable software solutions that improve validation efficiency and automation coverage.

What You Need:

Strong experience inbackend software development and enterprise-grade application development.
Experience designing and developingautomation frameworks and engineering tools.
Strong understanding ofsoftware architecture and application design principles.
Hands-on experience withCI/CD pipelines and workflow automation.
Strong experience working withLinux environments.
Experience withDocker and containerized applications.
Experience inAPI design and development.
Good understanding ofdatabase design and integration.
Experience implementingautomated testing within software development and delivery processes.
Experience with software release management and engineering lifecycle practices.
Familiarity withArtifactory or similar artifact management solutions.
Strong code review, troubleshooting, and application optimization skills.
Ability to provide technical guidance and mentoring to engineering teams.
Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with technical stakeholders.

Nice to Have:

Experience developing software or automation solutions forvalidation, testing, or engineering infrastructure.
Experience withOS image management and deployment solutions.
Knowledge of large-scale validation or lab environments.
Experience improving automation coverage and operational efficiency within engineering environments.
