Lead II - ServiceNow SAMPro Functional Consultant

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead entitlement cleanup, normalization, and discovery data remediation activities.
• Improve data quality, governance, and software asset management processes within SAMPro.
• Manage entitlement records, product onboarding, and consumption analysis.
• Define onboarding strategies and rollout plans for SaaS and non-SaaS products.
• Serve as the functional SME for business and technology stakeholders.
• Gather requirements and design functional solutions for licensing and asset management challenges.
• Drive report development, dashboard enhancements, and operational improvements.
• Support enterprise integrations and workflow optimization initiatives.
• Provide implementation guidance, issue resolution, and executive status reporting.
• Mentor junior team members and drive knowledge-sharing activities.

• Strong functional expertise in SAMPro.
• Experience in SAMPro implementation, support, and enhancement projects.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 8+ years of experience in Software Asset Management and SAMPro.
• Strong expertise in Entitlement Management, License Lifecycle Management, and Data Governance.
• Hands-on experience in software normalization, discovery cleanup, and catalog optimization.
• Experience with SaaS and Non-SaaS onboarding, asset management, and compliance processes.
• Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and business process improvement skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead strategic SAM initiatives.
