Job Overview

We are looking for aServiceNow CMDB Administrator with strong experience inCMDB, Discovery, ITOM, CSDM, and CMDB Governance. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining CMDB data quality, managing Discovery, supporting Identification & Reconciliation processes, and ensuring CMDB compliance across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain the ServiceNow CMDB platform.
• Manage CI classes, relationships, lifecycle, and data governance.
• Monitor and improve CMDB Health and data quality metrics.
• Configure and support Discovery, MID Servers, and Service Mapping.
• Manage Identification & Reconciliation Engine (IRE) rules.
• Perform CMDB audits, data reconciliation, and compliance reporting.
• Troubleshoot CMDB, Discovery, and data integrity issues.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and application teams to onboard services and maintain accurate CI data.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of ServiceNow Administration experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience with CMDB and Discovery.
• Strong experience in CMDB Governance, Data Quality, and Configuration Management.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Certifications

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Mandatory
• CIS Discovery - Preferred
• CIS ITOM - Preferred

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
