About The Job:

• Experience 8-10 Years
• We are seeking highly skilled application developers to support and enhance our Healthcare clients enterprise applications ecosystem.
• The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, support teams, and QA teams to deliver scalable, reliable, and secure solutions while ensuring adherence to healthcare industry standards.
• Support and enhance Siebel CRM applications used for customer, provider, and operational workflows.
• The role involves configuration, customization, integration, and production support activities.

Essential Job Functions:

• Configure and customize Siebel applications.
• Develop workflows, business services, and integration interfaces.
• Troubleshoot application issues and support releases.
• Perform root cause analysis for production incidents.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements.
• Support system upgrades and enhancement initiatives.
• Maintain technical artifacts and design documents.
