Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce Data Cloud.
• Build and maintain data ingestion pipelines from multiple source systems.
• Configure data streams, identity resolution rules, data mappings, and calculated insights.
• Develop and optimize Customer 360 data models and segmentation strategies.
• Integrate Salesforce Data Cloud with Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and external applications.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and platform performance.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and translate data and reporting requirements.
• Support analytics, reporting, customer insights, and personalization use cases.
• Troubleshoot and resolve data integration and platform-related issues.
• Drive best practices for scalable customer data management and architecture.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I

Preferred Experience

• Experience implementing enterprise-scale Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
• Strong experience with Salesforce Data Cloud architecture and integrations.
• Experience integrating Salesforce ecosystem products including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud.
• Hands-on experience with data warehousing platforms such as Snowflake.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Exposure to analytics and BI tools such as Tableau and Power BI.
• Knowledge of customer engagement, personalization, and marketing analytics use cases.
