Summary:

We are seeking an experiencedSAP IBP Lead Consultant with strong expertise inSAP IBP Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning). The ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, optimization, and support of SAP IBP solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders to drive demand-supply alignment, planning excellence, and supply chain transformation initiatives.

The Opportunity:
Key Responsibilities

  • ·Lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of SAP IBP solutions, focusing on Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP.
  • ·Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP IBP solutions.
  • ·Design and configure planning areas, key figures, planning levels, attributes, and time profiles.
  • ·Drive S&OP process design workshops and facilitate planning alignment across business functions.
  • ·Develop executive dashboards, planning reports, and scenario simulations.
  • ·Coordinate SAP IBP integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and other enterprise systems.
  • ·Validate data flows, master data consistency, planning logic, and forecasting accuracy.
  • ·Lead SIT, UAT, deployment, hypercare, and post-go-live support activities.
  • ·Troubleshoot planning and integration issues and implement process improvements.
  • ·Mentor junior consultants and provide functional leadership to business and project teams.
  • ·Drive continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and planning process optimization.
  • What you need:
  • Required Skills:
  • ·Strong expertise in SAP IBP (Demand Planning, Supply Planning & S&OP)
  • ·Hands-on experience in SAP IBP configuration, Planning Areas, Key Figures & Planning Levels
  • ·Solid understanding of Supply Chain Management, Demand Forecasting & Inventory Optimization
  • ·Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and related SAP ecosystems
  • ·Proficiency in SAP HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and planning analytics
  • ·Excellent Stakeholder Management, Business Process Consulting, and Solution Design skills

Desired Skills:

  • ·Experience with CPI-DS, SDI, RTI or other SAP integration tools
  • ·Knowledge of Executive Dashboarding, Scenario Planning, and Supply Chain Analytics
  • ·Experience in SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare Support
  • ·Exposure to Process Automation and Planning Performance Optimization
  • ·Strong workshop facilitation, communication, and team mentoring skills
  • ·Experience working in global supply chain transformation programs and Agile environments

Qualification:

  • ·Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • ·5-8 years of experience in Full Stack Software Development.
  • ·Minimum 2 years of experience leading development teams or owning technical deliverables.
  • ·Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, and Software Engineering Principles.
  • ·Experience working in Agile development environments.
