Lead II - Business Finance

About The Job:

• Experience: 8-10 Years
• We are looking for experienced operations-focused professionals to support Finance and Commercial Operations activities.
• The role involves contract administration, license management, invoicing, order processing, and coordination with Sales and Account Management teams.

Essential Job Functions:

• Create and process maintenance and sales invoices using Microsoft Business Central (BC).
• Review, discuss, and support commercial agreements in collaboration with Sales and Account Managers.
• Create and manage customer contracts in Business Central.
• Coordinate software license provisioning, renewals, and access management.
• Process daily license orders and related invoicing activities.
• Support customers with license extensions and demo license requests.
• Ensure timely and accurate operational and financial transactions.
• Maintain documentation and provide operational support for ongoing customer engagements.

Qualifications:
Required Skills

• 8-10 years of experience in Business Operations, Finance Operations, Commercial Operations, Order Management, or Business Analysis roles.
• Experience working with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (preferred) or similar platforms.
• Understanding of contract management, invoicing, sales operations, and licensing processes.
• Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to Microsoft CSP licensing processes.
• Experience with software subscription, maintenance, or managed service billing.
• Knowledge of finance operations (FinOps), revenue operations, or order-to-cash processes.

Candidate Profile

• Mature professional with strong ownership and attention to detail.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Comfortable handling high-volume transaction processing and stakeholder interactions.
