Lead II - Business Analysis-Icertis

About The Job:

• 10+ years of experience in CLM implementations, with strong expertise in Icertis Contract Intelligence , business process analysis, and stakeholder management.

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead requirements sessions with business stakeholders and document detailed functional, business, and process requirements.
• Serve as the liaison between business users and Icertis configuration/development teams, ensuring requirements are accurately translated into system solutions.
• Review solution designs, configurations, and proposed enhancements to ensure alignment with business objectives, compliance requirements, and contract management processes.
• Drive requirement traceability, validate delivered configurations, and ensure the implemented solution meets agreed business outcomes and acceptance criteria.
• Coordinate testing, UAT, defect resolution, and stakeholder sign-offs while managing requirement clarifications and change requests.
• Provide functional leadership, support project governance, delivery oversight, and successful implementation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in CLM implementations.
• Strong expertise in Icertis Contract Intelligence.
• Business process analysis.
