Lead II BPM Role Summary We are seeking an experienced FACETS Business Analyst BPM to act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams supporting our clients healthcare administration platform. The role requires strong knowledge of healthcare payer operations, Healthcare BPM operations, FACETS capabilities, claims processing, enrollment, provider management, and benefits configuration. Key Responsibilities Ensure solutions align with healthcare payer business processes, BPM operational workflows, and business objectives. Collaborate with business users, technology teams, and BPM operations teams to support process improvements and operational excellence initiatives. Required Skills Functional Skills FACETS Business Analysis Healthcare Payer Domain Healthcare BPM/BPO Domain Knowledge Requirement Gathering Functional Specification Documentation Business Process Modeling Gap Analysis User Story Creation UAT Support Healthcare Domain Knowledge Claims Lifecycle Provider Management Member Enrollment Benefits Administration Eligibility & Billing Appeals & Grievances Healthcare Regulations Healthcare BPM Operational Processes Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting FACETS implementation, migration, enhancement, or application support projects. Exposure to Healthcare Payer and Healthcare BPM/BPO organizations. Knowledge of Healthcare EDI transactions (834, 837, 835, 270/271). Experience working in ADM, Application Support, and BPM delivery environments. Certification in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA) is a plus.
