UST is looking for an experiencedSAP QA Lead to drive quality assurance activities across SAP functional areas including OTC, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Finance. The ideal candidate will possess strong SAP domain expertise, test management experience, and the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders, IT teams, and cross-functional groups to ensure successful delivery of enterprise SAP programs.

We are seeking a highly motivated SAP QA Lead who will be responsible for planning, managing, and executing testing activities across SAP implementations and enhancements. The candidate will work closely with business and IT analysts to understand requirements, develop test strategies, coordinate test execution, and drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT).

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Understand business requirements and perform Fit-Gap analysis.
• Define test scope, test strategy, and testing approach.
• Participate in design workshops and Functional Requirement Specification (FRS) reviews.
• Develop comprehensive test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts.
• Establish test plans and test lab environments.
• Map requirements to test cases and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
• Lead end-to-end test management activities for SAP projects.
• Coordinate and execute Functional, Integration, System Integration, and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Track defects, coordinate resolutions, and validate fixes.
• Work as an SQA Lead and ensure compliance with established quality processes and documentation standards.
• Facilitate status meetings, stakeholder communications, and periodic test report-outs.
• Collaborate effectively with business users, SAP functional teams, developers, and project managers.
• Support both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
• Ensure validation documentation is maintained in compliance with GxP guidelines where applicable.

• Strong functional knowledge of SAP modules such as:
  • OTC (Order to Cash)
  • Procurement
  • Manufacturing
  • Finance
  • SAP SD, MM, WM, PP, and FICO
• Experience in SAP testing across Functional, Integration, and UAT cycles.
• Hands-on experience with test management and quality assurance processes.
• Knowledge of Computer System Validation (CSV) and GxP compliance processes.
• Exposure to requirements analysis, test planning, execution, and defect management.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Experience working in both Waterfall and Agile project environments.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and interact with business stakeholders.

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• SAP functional or testing certification is preferred.
• ISTQB or equivalent testing certification is an added advantage.
• Relevant experience in SAP Quality Assurance and Test Management.
