Must-Have Skills

• 5+ years of ServiceNow Testing experience.
• Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
• Strong experience in Functional, Regression, Integration, and UAT testing.
• Experience validating ServiceNow implementations, enhancements, and releases.
• Strong knowledge of Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, and Request Management modules.
• Understanding of Workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, Forms, and Client Scripts.
• Experience in test planning, test case design, execution, and defect management.
• Ability to validate integrations, APIs, and data across ServiceNow environments.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery models.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder communication skills.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations.
• Experience with API testing tools.
• Data validation and reconciliation techniques.
• Exposure to additional ServiceNow modules.
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and release management processes.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop test strategies, test plans, and test cases for ServiceNow solutions.
• Perform end-to-end testing across ServiceNow modules and workflows.
• Design, execute, and maintain ATF-based automated test scripts.
• Create reusable regression test suites and analyze automation results.
• Validate integrations, API responses, and data consistency.
• Identify, track, and validate defect resolutions.
• Collaborate with developers, BAs, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and daily stand-ups.
• Support continuous testing in Agile delivery cycles.
• Provide UAT support, release readiness assessments, and quality metrics.
