Summary:

UST islooking for an experiencedE1 QA Lead with strong functional expertise inJD Edwards EnterpriseOne (E1) and hands-on experience in leading QA and testing activities

Location: Bengaluru, India
Role: E1 QA Lead / SQA Lead

Key Responsibilities

• LeadE1 functional, integration & E2E testing activities.
• Strong understanding ofOTC/Distribution, Procurement, Manufacturing & Finance.
• Performrequirements analysis, Fit/Gap analysis, test scope planning and test strategy.
• Developtest scenarios, test scripts, test plans and RTM.
• CoordinateUAT cycles with business and IT teams.
• Lead defect management, QA meetings, status reporting and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure compliance withSQA, validation, SDLC and PMF processes.
• Work effectively acrossAgile and Waterfall projects.
• Drive QA documentation and continuous process improvements.

• Strong analytical, leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience working with cross-functional/distributed teams.
• Capable of independently leading QA activities and UAT cycles.
