Job Title: ServiceNow QA / Test Automation Engineer

Experience: 5+ Years Employment Type: Full-TimeJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow QA Engineer with 5+ years of experience in manual and automated testing on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise inAutomated Test Framework (ATF) andSelenium, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and reliable ServiceNow implementations.Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and executetest plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow applications
  • Performfunctional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing
  • Build and maintain automated test scripts usingServiceNow ATF
  • Develop automation frameworks usingSelenium WebDriver
  • Validate implementations acrossServiceNow modules (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, etc.)
  • Collaborate with developers, BAs, and stakeholders to understand requirements and acceptance criteria
  • Participate inAgile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives)
  • Identify, log, and track defects; ensure timely resolution
  • Perform API testing using REST/SOAP tools (Postman or similar)
  • Ensure data integrity and validate integrations with external systems
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines by integrating automated test suites
  • Prepare test reports and quality metrics
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in QA/testing withServiceNow platform exposure
  • Strong expertise in:
    • ServiceNow ATF (Automated Test Framework)
    • Selenium WebDriver (Java/Python preferred)
  • Experience in manual and automation testing
  • Knowledge ofServiceNow modules (ITSM preferred; others are a plus)
  • Strong understanding ofSDLC and STLC
  • Experience with API testing (REST/SOAP)
  • Familiarity with defect tracking tools (JIRA, Azure DevOps, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ServiceNow certifications (CSA, Certified Implementation Specialist - ITSM preferred)
  • Experience withCI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps)
  • Knowledge of BDD frameworks (Cucumber, TestNG, etc.)
  • Familiarity with Performance Testing tools (JMeter or similar)
  • Understanding of ITIL processes
