About The Job:

• We are seeking an experienced Application Development Lead with strong Healthcare IT expertise and hands-on experience in the TriZetto/Cognizant FACETS platform.
• The ideal candidate will lead application development, enhancement, integration, migration, and modernization initiatives for healthcare payer systems.
• This role requires deep technical expertise across FACETS modules, database technologies, Microsoft development platforms, ETL solutions, cloud migration, and API integrations.
• The candidate should possess a strong cloud-first and automation-first mindset, with the ability to drive scalable and innovative healthcare technology solutions.

Essential Job Functions:

• Lead application development, enhancement, and support activities across the TriZetto FACETS platform.
• Design, develop, and maintain solutions across FACETS Membership, Claims, Workflow, and Accumulations modules.
• Develop, optimize, and troubleshoot PL/SQL programs, Oracle databases, SQL Server solutions, and complex database queries.
• Create and maintain stored procedures, execution plan optimizations, performance tuning initiatives, and data correction scripts.
• Design and develop custom FACETS extensions, integrations, and configuration components.
• Support FACETS upgrades, vendor integrations, and enterprise data migration projects.
• Develop, maintain, and troubleshoot SSIS packages supporting ETL processes and FACETS data migration pipelines.
• Perform C#/.NET application debugging, stack trace analysis, and resolution of FACETS API and integration layer issues.
• Implement and support real-time FACETS API integrations across multiple functional areas.
• Lead Azure cloud migration initiatives, including lift-and-shift migrations, Azure SQL implementations, Azure Data Factory development, and hybrid connectivity solutions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and support teams to deliver scalable healthcare solutions.
• Drive automation, workflow optimization, and cloud-first transformation initiatives.
• Promote AI-driven automation opportunities and process improvements across application and cloud platforms.

Qualifications:
Required Experience

• 5+ years of experience in Healthcare IT.
• Hands-on experience with the TriZetto/Cognizant FACETS platform.
• Experience working across FACETS Membership, Claims, Workflow, and Accumulations modules.
• Experience supporting FACETS upgrades, integrations, and migration projects.
• Real-time FACETS API implementation experience in at least two functional areas.
