UST is looking for a highly skilledPython / C# Developer with strong expertise in application development, infrastructure automation, and DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in backend development, automation frameworks, messaging systems, databases, and modern cloud-native technologies while contributing to technical leadership and mentoring initiatives.

As aPython / C# Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications and automation solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software, improve infrastructure efficiency, and drive automation initiatives across the development lifecycle.

Key Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend applications using C#, Python, and Node.js.
• Develop automation solutions for infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and operational processes.
• Build and maintain REST APIs and gRPC-based services.
• Develop and support messaging solutions using RabbitMQ/AMQP.
• Work with relational and NoSQL databases to design efficient data models and integrations.
• Implement infrastructure automation and DevOps best practices.
• Develop and maintain scripting solutions using PowerShell and Batch scripting.
• Collaborate with architects, developers, and operations teams to deliver robust solutions.
• Participate in application design, code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.
• Troubleshoot and resolve application and infrastructure issues.
• Mentor team members and contribute to technical leadership initiatives.
• Ensure code quality, security, scalability, and performance standards are met.
• Support CI/CD implementation and continuous improvement efforts.

• Strong hands-on experience in C#, Python, and Node.js development.
• Expertise in PowerShell and Batch Scripting.
• Experience with Infrastructure Automation and DevOps practices.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and gRPC services.
• Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ and AMQP messaging systems.
• Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases such as MariaDB and MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles.
• Experience designing scalable and maintainable enterprise applications.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Experience in technical leadership, mentoring, and code reviews.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Experience in enterprise application development, automation, and infrastructure engineering is highly desirable.
