The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce integrations. The role involves collaborating with business stakeholders, delivering high-quality solutions, and ensuring adherence to Salesforce best practices and security standards.

Key Requirements
