Summary:UST is looking Senior AI / Python Engineer to build and enhance an enterprise AI platform that connects ChatGPT Enterprise with governed business data. The role involves developing AI agents, MCP integrations, prompt engineering, orchestration frameworks, observability, and scalable cloud-native services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop AI/LLM solutions using Python and agent-based architectures.
• Build multi-agent orchestration, semantic routing, and retrieval frameworks.
• Develop and optimize prompts, agent instructions, and RAG pipelines.
• Enhance MCP server capabilities and integrate enterprise data sources.
• Implement observability, evaluation, and monitoring for AI applications.
• Manage CI/CD pipelines, cloud deployments, and production releases.
• Optimize AI platform performance, scalability, security, and cost.
• Collaborate with product, security, infrastructure, and business teams.

Required Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Python development.
• Strong experience withGenerative AI, LLMs, Prompt Engineering, Agentic AI, and RAG.
• Expertise in Python, REST APIs, SQL, PySpark, and Databricks.
• Experience with AWS (EKS, S3, CloudWatch, DynamoDB, Redis).
• Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, and enterprise security practices.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• MCP/FastMCP, OpenAI Agents SDK, LangChain, or LangGraph.
• Langfuse, OpenTelemetry, Promptfoo.
• Azure AD / Entra ID.
• Databricks Unity Catalog governance.
• Experience optimizing AI workloads for cost, latency, and reliability.
