Lead I - Enterprise Solutions

Responsible for developing, customizing, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions, with a focus on data integration, migration, and ETL development using SSIS. Key Responsibilities: Develop and customize Dynamics 365 CE applications, plugins, workflows, and integrations. Design and implement ETL processes using SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS). Perform data migration, data transformation, and system integration activities. Develop and maintain APIs, reports, and custom solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across CE environments. Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to deliver solutions.
