Summary:

UST is looking for a LabVIEW / Test Automation Engineer with 3–6 years of experience to design, develop, and maintain automated test systems. You will build LabVIEW and NI TestStand applications for ATE and data acquisition, integrate test and measurement instruments, and support hardware-software integration, verification, and validation.

The Opportunity:

·Design and develop LabVIEW applications for ATE, DAQ, and automated test systems.

·Build and maintain NI TestStand test sequences, including execution, limit checking, result evaluation, and reporting.

·Develop solutions on NI PXI/PXIe and CompactDAQ/CompactRIO platforms using NI-DAQmx.

·Integrate test and measurement instruments using SCPI, Modbus, TCP/IP, RS-232/422/485, GPIB, or USB.

·Implement data acquisition, real-time monitoring, data logging, visualization, and automated report generation.

·Carry out hardware-software integration, system testing, debugging, verification, and validation.

What you need:

·3–6 years of experience in LabVIEW development and test automation.

Required Skills:

·Strong hands-on experience in LabVIEW application development for ATE, DAQ, or automated test systems.

·Experience with NI TestStand, including test sequencing, execution, limit checking, result evaluation, and reporting.

·Hands-on experience with NI PXI/PXIe, CompactDAQ/CompactRIO, and NI-DAQmx.

·Experience integrating test and measurement instruments using SCPI, Modbus, TCP/IP, RS-232/422/485, GPIB, or USB.

·Strong knowledge of data acquisition, real-time monitoring, data logging, visualization, and automated report generation.

·Experience in hardware-software integration, system testing, debugging, verification, and validation.

Desired Skills:

·Exposure to LabVIEW Real-Time / NI Linux Real-Time.

·NI Certified LabVIEW Developer (CLD) certification is highly desirable.

·Experience in Aerospace, Defence, Industrial Automation, or Test & Measurement environments.

Qualification:

·Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, or Communication Engineering, or a related discipline.
