Job Description:

Main Responsibilities:

Prospect Research:

• Conduct thorough research to understand the specific needs of educational institutions, student associations, and individuals interested in online tutoring.

Lead Generation:

• Implement proactive strategies to generate quality leads using tactics such as cold calling, email outreach, and participation in educational events.

• Identify key decision-makers within organizations and establish contacts to initiate meaningful conversations.

Lead Qualification:

• Evaluate the qualification of leads based on criteria defined by the business development team.

• Work closely with the sales team to pass on qualified leads and ensure effective follow-up.

Reporting and Tracking:

• Maintain accurate records of lead generation activities, including interactions, potential conversions, and encountered challenges.

• Prepare regular reports on lead generation performance for the management team.

Adapting to Client Feedback:

• Gather feedback from unconverted prospects to understand the reasons for disinterest and propose strategic adjustments if necessary.

• Use client feedback to refine lead generation approaches and maximize conversion.

Required Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
