Lead Generation Specialist

Position Details:

• Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday
• Shifts: 5-6 hours/day or split shifts (9 AM–12 PM / lunch break / 2 PM–5 PM)
• Responsibilities:
• Schedule aminimum of 8 appointments per day.
• Strive to achieve agoal of 10 appointments per day.
• Engage potential customers in discussions about solar energy benefits.
• Meet daily and weekly performance metrics.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in call center, sales, or customer service roles preferred but not required.
• Goal-driven with a passion for achieving and exceeding targets.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
