Lead Full Stack Engineer (React + Python)

We are seeking aLead Full Stack Engineer who will take charge of designing, building, and deploying scalable AI-driven solutions, mentor an engineering team, and ensure best practices are followed throughout the project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and develop scalable AI solutions
• Mentor and guide team members to foster innovation, continuous learning, and high performance
• Maintain best practices in AI engineering, quality assurance, and agile methodologies throughout the project lifecycle
• Provide stakeholders with updates on progress, challenges, and solutions, while delivering technical leadership and strategic direction
• Take ownership of the architecture and technical direction for AI/agentic systems, with a focus on scalability, reliability, and maintainability
• Define and sustain best practices for agent design, orchestration, and evaluation

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in software engineering, including 1+ year in a leadership capacity
• Minimum of 5 years of practical experience working with React
• Proven background in Python development
• Demonstrated experience in Node.js development
• Deep knowledge of AWS technologies
• Strong grasp of event-driven and microservices architecture
• Skilled in TypeScript and serverless technologies
• Practical experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
• Solid background in LLM/AI engineering, including prompt design, RAG pipelines, agentic patterns, tool use, and LLM evaluation
• Strong analytical skills combined with clear communication abilities
• Openness to learning and adapting to new technologies
• Proficient English communication skills (B2 level or higher)
