About The Job:

• We are seeking a highly skilled Senior React Developer / React Native Developer with extensive experience in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web and mobile applications.
• The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in React.js, React Native, TypeScript, JavaScript, Redux, API integrations, performance optimization, and cloud-based deployments.
• Experience working on enterprise-grade applications, mobile app releases, and frontend architecture is highly desirable.

Essential Job Functions:
Frontend Development

• Design and develop responsive, scalable, and high-performance web applications using React.js and Next.js.
• Build reusable UI components and frontend frameworks to improve application maintainability.
• Develop dynamic dashboards, reports, forms, and data-intensive applications.
• Optimize frontend performance and user experience across devices and browsers.

Mobile Application Development

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.
• Implement Firebase services including Push Notifications and Cloud Messaging.
• Manage Android and iOS application deployments and releases.
• Troubleshoot production issues, crash reports, and performance bottlenecks.

API & Integration

• Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
• Collaborate with backend teams to ensure seamless data exchange.
• Develop secure authentication and authorization mechanisms.

State Management & Performance

• Implement state management using Redux, Context API, and React Query.
• Monitor application performance and optimize rendering efficiency.
• Conduct code reviews and enforce development best practices.

Cloud & Deployment

• Participate in deployments on AWS (EC2, S3, CloudFront).
• Support CI/CD processes and release management activities.
• Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability.

Collaboration

• Work closely with Product Managers, UX/UI Designers, Business Analysts, and Backend Developers.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to frontend architecture decisions.
