Job Description
Shift: Weekdays between the hours of 7a-5p.TheExperience Specialist Team Leadis responsible for basic patient experience, ensuring a seamless experience for patients and visitors. The role extends a professional welcome, assists with paperwork, and guides patients to the appropriate departments. The role addresses general patient inquiries, answers the incoming calls and escalates urgent concerns to experience specialist leads. The role supports in maintaining accurate patient records in the EMR system and collects patient feedback.
The Experience Specialist Team Lead serves as an essential resource to Experience Specialists by providing guidance, coordination, and operational oversight without formal leadership authority. The role ensures adherence to best practices, assists with onboarding, and promotes quality and efficiency in daily operations.

Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2 years of previous customer service experience in hospital or healthcare setting in an Experience Specialist role or equivalent.
- Previous medical office experience, previous experience with an electronic health record or medical office software
- Previous experience coding diagnoses and procedures with ICD09-CM and CPT
