About the Team

We are building anew Private AI / Sovereign AI team focused on positioning, designing, demonstrating, and implementing next-generation enterprise AI platforms and solutions. Our vision is todesign, scale, demonstrate, and deliver enterprise AI platforms that provide the foundation for a growing portfolio of AI services and solutions.

The team will work closely with NTT Hungary’sData Center, Customer Experience, and Networking business areas, developing AI capabilities that can be integrated into existing enterprise environments and services — from contact centers and text-to-speech solutions to broader AI-powered business applications.

Given that the position is part of the Hungarian subsidiary/organizational unit, and that the role supports medium and large corporations, as well as Hungarian state-owned enterprises,fluent knowledge of both Hungarian and English, as well as a location in Hungary—preferably Pest County/Budapest—is essential

What You Will Do

As anEnterprise AI Architect, you will be a senior technical and customer-facing member of this newly established team. You will help customers understand the opportunities and architectural implications of enterprise AI, shape solutions during the pre-sales lifecycle, and translate business and technology requirements into practical, scalable architectures.

• Lead the architecture and solution shaping of enterprise AI opportunities, translating business and technical requirements into secure, scalable, and practical solution concepts.
• Drive customer-facing and pre-sales activities, including discovery sessions, technical consultations, workshops, presentations, solution discussions, proposals, RFIs/RFPs, and technical qualification.
• Prepare and deliver compelling architecture and technology presentations, adapting complex technical concepts to different customer audiences and clearly communicating business value.
• Design target architectures across enterprise technology domains, considering AI platforms, applications, data, infrastructure, cloud, networking, security, identity, integration, and operations.
• Assess customer environments and requirements and define appropriate approaches for Private AI, Sovereign AI, Hybrid AI, and cloud-based AI deployments.
• Shape AI solution architectures and roadmaps, including approaches for model hosting and inference, enterprise data integration, RAG, vector search, agentic workflows, orchestration, guardrails, and observability.
• Coordinate internal technical specialists, working with Solution Engineers, infrastructure, networking, cloud, security, data, application, and delivery teams to validate proposed architectures.
• Guide the transition from pre-sales and PoCs toward implementation, ensuring that proposed architectures are realistic, appropriately scoped, secure, scalable, and operationally viable.
• Define reusable architecture assets, including reference architectures, design principles, integration patterns, standards, technology recommendations, and solution patterns for the AI Solution Tower.
• Evaluate emerging AI and enterprise technologies, providing pragmatic, vendor-neutral recommendations based on customer requirements, technical feasibility, security, sovereignty, operational considerations, and cost.

What You Bring

The role is particularly suited to an experiencedEnterprise Architect or Solution Architect who is comfortable in customer-facing and pre-sales situations and is interested in expanding their expertise into the rapidly evolving enterprise AI landscape.

• 7–10+ years of enterprise architecture experience in large corporate environments, with experience working across multiple organizational units, technology domains, and stakeholder groups.
• Strong customer-facing and pre-sales experience, including technical discovery, consultation, presentations, workshops, solution shaping, proposal development, and interaction with senior customer stakeholders.
• Proven enterprise architecture expertise, with the ability to design and evaluate solutions spanning multiple technology domains rather than focusing on a single product or platform.
• Strong understanding of enterprise technology architecture, including infrastructure, cloud, networking, security, identity, applications, integration, data, and operational environments.
• Experience with AI solutions is a strong advantage, particularly Private AI, Sovereign AI, Hybrid AI, Generative AI, enterprise AI platforms, or AI architecture.
• Good understanding of modern enterprise AI architecture patterns, including LLMs, model inference, RAG, embeddings, vector search, agentic workflows, orchestration, and enterprise AI integration.
• Ability to balance technical, business, operational, security, and commercial considerations, making pragmatic architecture decisions and clearly communicating their implications.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in professional English, with the ability to explain complex technology clearly to both technical and business stakeholders and influence multidisciplinary teams without direct line authority.
• AI expertise is a strong advantage, butdeep AI specialization is not a prerequisite. Strong enterprise architecture foundations, customer-facing skills, technical curiosity, and the ability to learn and apply emerging technologies are equally important.
