What is in it for you?

As aLead Engineer – Vue.Js Developer, we are looking for a skilled Front-End Developer with strong Vue.js experience to design and develop modern, responsive, and scalable web applications. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience building component-based user interfaces, integrating REST APIs, managing application state, and delivering high-quality front-end solutions in an Agile development environment.

The candidate will collaborate closely with UX designers, backend developers, architects, QA engineers, and product teams to translate business and user requirements into intuitive digital experiences.

Responsibilities: -

• Lead the design and development of enterprise-grade front-end applications using Vue.js.
• Define scalable front-end architecture, application structure, component models, and development patterns.
• Design reusable UI components and contribute to enterprise design systems/component libraries.
• Make technical decisions related to routing, state management, API integration, error handling, caching, security, and application performance.
• Establish front-end coding standards, development guidelines, and engineering best practices.
• Provide hands-on development for complex features and critical technical components.
• Conduct code and design reviews, and ensure adherence to architecture and quality standards.
• Mentor junior and mid-level front-end engineers.
• Collaborate with UX/UI teams to ensure technically feasible, consistent, accessible, and responsive user experiences.
• Partner with backend/API teams to define effective application integration patterns.
• Identify and address application performance, scalability, maintainability, security, and technical-debt concerns.
• Define appropriate front-end unit, component, and end-to-end testing strategies.
• Support CI/CD, automated quality checks, and release engineering practices.
• Participate in technical estimations, solution design, sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release planning.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Evaluate emerging front-end technologies and recommend improvementsthat create measurable value for both engineering teams and the business.

Educational Qualifications: -

• Engineering Degree – BE/ME/BTech/MTech/BSc/MSc.
• Technical certification in multiple technologies is desirable.

Skills: -

Mandatory Technical Skills: -

• 7–10 years of software development experience with significant experience in front-end engineering
• Advanced hands-on expertise in Vue.js, preferably Vue 3
• Strong experience in JavaScript ES6+, TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, Vue Composition API, Vue Router, Pinia/Vuex
• Strong understanding of component-driven architecture and reusable UI design
• Experience in architecting moderately large to large-scale single-page applications
• Strong knowledge of REST API integration and asynchronous programming
• Experience in modern build tooling such as Vite, npm, or Yarn
• Strong understanding of front-end performance optimization
• Experience in automated testing using technologies such as Vitest/Jest and Cypress/Playwright
• Strong knowledge of Git workflows and CI/CD development practices
• Good understanding of web application security, including authentication, authorization, token management, CORS, XSS, CSP, and secure coding practices
• Understanding of accessibility standards such as WCAG and accessible component development
• Strong debugging, profiling, and production troubleshooting capabilities
• Good to Have Skills: -
• Experience in Nuxt.js/server-side rendering
• Experience in building or governing enterprise UI component libraries and design systems
• Experience in micro-front-end architecture
• Exposure to AWS and Cloud-native application delivery
• Experience in Docker/containerized application development
• Experience in integrating front-end applications with OAuth 2.0 / OpenID Connect-based identity platforms
• Exposure to observability and application monitoring solutions
• Experience in healthcare, life sciences, financial services, or another regulated domain
• Understanding of healthcare interoperability technologies such as FHIR is an advantage for healthcare-focused assignments
