Job Description – Lead Dynamics CRM Developer

Position Title -Lead Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer

Experience -5–6+ Years

Role Summary

We are seeking an experiencedLead Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer with strong expertise inMicrosoft Dynamics 365 CRM,plugin development, andsystem integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and supporting enterprise CRM solutions while leading technical initiatives and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Develop and enhancecustom plugins, workflows, custom actions, and Power Automate flows.
• Lead the development and implementation of CRM enhancements and new functionalities.
• Design and implement integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems using: REST/SOAP APIs Azure Logic Apps Azure Functions Service Bus Third-party integration platforms
• Develop custom CRM modules usingC#, .NET, JavaScript, TypeScript, and Power Platform components.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex CRM application and integration issues.
• Perform code reviews and enforce development best practices.
• Work closely with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the team.
• Ensure application performance, scalability, security, and compliance with organizational standards.
• Prepare technical documentation, solution designs, and deployment plans.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Technical Skills

• 5–6+ years of experience inMicrosoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 CE development.
• Strong expertise in: Plugin development using C# Custom workflows and business process implementation JavaScript customization and form scripting Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) Dataverse
• Proven experience in designing and implementingintegrations with external systems.
• Strong development experience using: C# .NET Framework/.NET Core Web APIs SQL Server
• Experience with Azure integration services (Logic Apps, Functions, Service Bus, API Management).
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Understanding of Dynamics 365 Security Model and Solution Management.

• Strong stakeholder management and client-facing experience.
• Ability to lead technical discussions and solution design workshops.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a development team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Dynamics 365 Certifications.
• Experience with Power BI reporting and dashboards.
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience working in enterprise-scale CRM transformation projects.
