Experience: 10–15+ Years

We are looking for aLead Developer – .NET with strong hands-on experience in building scalable, high-performance enterprise applications.
Mandatory Skills

Strong hands-on experience withC#, .NET Core / .NET 6+.
Redis / Azure Cache for Redis with distributed caching, cache invalidation and refresh strategies.
Experience handling5M+ records and large datasets.
Strong knowledge ofpagination, batching, indexing, query/performance optimization.
Strong understanding ofAsync/Await, concurrency, SemaphoreSlim, Locks and synchronization.
Dependency Injection, SOLID, Clean Architecture and Design Patterns.
Hands-on experience withMicroservices and Event-Driven Architecture.
Strong knowledge ofDistributed Systems, High Availability and Scalability.
Experience withREST APIs and external API integrations.
Hands-on experience withAzure DevOps and CI/CD.
Experience withAzure Cloud Services.
Strongtechnical leadership, code review and mentoring experience.
