· Lead the modernization of data platform using Microsoft Fabric, Delta Lake, and medallion architecture.
· Drive migration of legacy SQL Server/SSIS processes into Fabric-native pipelines, notebooks, Lakehouses, and Warehouses.
· Define architecture, CDC strategy, schema evolution, and SCD Type 2 standards across ingestion layers.
· Optimize Spark notebooks, Fabric pipelines, Delta tables, and warehouse SQL workloads for performance and cost.
· Design scalable enterprise data models across Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and Operations.
· Support MDM modernization including Customer Master and Business Unit Master.
· Strengthen data governance, lineage, and quality with Purview.
· Partner with business teams to support analytics needs and month-end close.
· Provide guidance on platform strategy, capacity planning, and cost optimization.
· Collaborate with Microsoft and other vendors on engineering, troubleshooting, and roadmap planning.
