Senior SAP FICO Consultant

As a Senior SAP FICO Consultant, you will be responsible for the design, configuration, testing, deployment, and stabilization of SAP Finance and Controlling solutions. You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and integration teams to deliver SAP S/4HANA Finance solutions that support business processes, financial operations, and digital transformation initiatives.

Mandatory

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of SAP consulting experience.
• Extensive experience with SAP FI and strong knowledge of SAP CO.
• Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA Finance implementations, migrations, or transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance processes.
• Experience supporting:
  • General Ledger (GL)
  • Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Asset Accounting (AA)
  • Bank Accounting and Cash Management
  • Cost Center Accounting
  • Internal Orders
  • Profit Center Accounting
  • Product Costing
  • Profitability Analysis (COPA)
  • Closing and Financial Reporting Processes
• Experience performing fit-gap analysis, solution design, testing strategy definition, deployment planning, and stabilization support.
• Strong understanding of SAP Finance integration with:
  • SAP SD
  • SAP MM
  • SAP PP
  • SAP Project Systems (PS)
  • Treasury and Banking Processes
• Experience preparing functional specifications, test documentation, and business process documentation.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working with multinational project teams and business stakeholders.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Additional language skills are a plus.

Nice to Have

• SAP S/4HANA Finance Certification.
• Experience with SAP Central Finance.
• Experience with SAP Group Reporting.
• Experience with SAP Cash Management and Treasury solutions.
• Experience with SAP BTP integration scenarios.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications and embedded analytics.
• Experience supporting financial audits and reporting requirements.
• Experience in Manufacturing, Consumer Products, Pharmaceutical, Retail, Logistics, or Process Industries.
• Experience participating in global template rollout programs.
• Knowledge of SAP Integration technologies and enterprise architecture concepts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP FI/CO functional workstreams in implementation, enhancement, migration, and support projects.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP Finance solutions.
• Design, configure, test, and support SAP FI and CO processes.
• Configure and support:
  • General Ledger
  • Accounts Payable
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Asset Accounting
  • Cost Center Accounting
  • Internal Orders
  • Profit Center Accounting
  • Product Costing
  • Profitability Analysis
  • Financial Closing Processes
  • Financial Reporting
• Validate integrations between SAP Finance and other SAP modules.
• Collaborate with business users, finance teams, project managers, developers, integration architects, and external stakeholders.
• Prepare functional specifications and support technical development activities.
• Participate in requirements gathering, fit-gap workshops, solution design sessions, and process improvement initiatives.
• Support SAP configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live activities.
• Execute and support Unit Testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Investigate and resolve functional defects and production issues.
• Support user training, knowledge transfer, cutover planning, and production readiness activities.
• Provide go-live support, hypercare, defect resolution, issue management, and production stabilization.
• Ensure delivery of high-quality SAP Finance solutions aligned with business objectives and best practices.
