Job Description

Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

We are seeking an experienced Senior SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with more than 10 years of overall HR technology and SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience to support and enhance global HR transformation initiatives within a leading international airline organization.

The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors modules, global HR processes, employee lifecycle management, integrations, and stakeholder management. Experience supporting large multinational organizations, preferably within aviation, transportation, or highly regulated industries, is highly desirable.
The consultant will collaborate with global business stakeholders, HR leadership, IT teams, and third-party vendors to design, implement, optimize, and support SAP SuccessFactors solutions aligned with business objectives.

Mandatory:

Experience

Minimum 10 years of SAP HCM / SAP SuccessFactors experience.
Minimum 5 years of SuccessFactors implementation experience.
Proven experience delivering global SuccessFactors projects.
Experience working in multinational environments.
Excellent communication skills in English.

Configure and support one or more SuccessFactors modules including:
Employee Central (EC)
Recruiting Management (RCM)
Onboarding 2.0
Performance & Goals
Compensation
Succession & Development
Learning Management System (LMS)
Employee Central Payroll
Workforce Analytics

Integration and Data Management

Work with integration teams on SuccessFactors integrations with:
SAP S/4HANA, SAP ERP HCM, SAP CPI/BT, Payroll systems, Active Director, Identity Management solutions
Support data migration, transformation, validation, and reconciliation activities.
Third-party HR applications

Global HR Process Support

Design and optimize processes covering, Hire-to-Retire. Talent Management, Performance Management, Compensation Planning Learning & Development, Succession Planning, Workforce Planning

Project Delivery

Participate in all project phases: Discovery, Design, Build, Testing, Cutover, Go-Live, Hypercare Support, Lead UAT sessions and business demonstrations, Support change management and end-user adoption initiatives.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in:
Information Systems, Computer Science, Human Resources., Business Administration, Related field

Technical Skills. Strong knowledge in the following modules

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central, SAP SSFF Recruiting, SAP SSFF Onboarding, SAP SSFF Performance & Goals, SAP SSFF Compensation, SAP SSFF Succession, SAP SSFF Learning
SAP CPI Integration Suite, SAP BTP, SAP ERP HCM,
Employee Central Payroll

Nice to Have:

Experience supporting American Airlines, Delta, United Airlines, LATAM, Avianca, or other large international airlines.
Knowledge of SAP BTP and SAP AI Business Services.
Experience with HR Shared Services transformation programs.
Understanding of aviation industry compliance and workforce regulations.
Airline Industry Experience (Highly Preferred)

Experience in one or more of the following:

Airport operations workforce
Crew management processes
Unionized workforce environments
Multi-country HR operations
Regulatory compliance environments

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Management

Interface with executive leadership, HR business partners, and technical teams.
Facilitate workshops with global stakeholders across multiple geographies and time zones.
Communicate effectively with senior leadership and program management teams.

Functional Leadership

Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementations and enhancement projects.
Conduct business process workshops and gather detailed requirements from HR and business stakeholders.
Translate business requirements into scalable SAP SuccessFactors solutions.
Provide functional design documentation and solution recommendations.
Act as a trusted advisor to HR and IT leadership teams.
