Job Summary

We are looking for ahands-on Lead AI Engineer / Lead Consultant with strong expertise inAWS cloud, AI-driven application development, and SDLC.ai practices. The candidate will act both as a technical lead and anAI Evangelist, driving AI adoption acrossApplication Development (AD) andApplication Maintenance Services (AMS).

This role requires a blend ofhands-on engineering capability, strategic leadership, and AI transformation consulting experience to guide client teams on their AI journey.

Must Have Skills

• Strong experience as aLead AI Engineer
• Hands-on expertise inSDLC.ai practices
• AI Evangelist mindset with ability to drive AI adoption across teams
• Strong experience inAWS cloud-based environments
• Proven ability to lead AI-driven application development initiatives
• Experience in Application Development (AD) and Application Maintenance Services (AMS)

Required Certifications

• B.Tech / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (mandatory)
• AI-related certification (mandatory)

Detailed Job Description

The role requires a seasoned professional who can:

• Lead hands-on engineering efforts to accelerate application development usingAI-driven SDLC (SDLC.ai) practices
• Act as anAI Evangelist, shaping the client’s AI strategy and driving awareness, adoption, and implementation across technical teams
• Provide strong technical leadership while actively contributing to coding, architecture, and solution design
• Influence stakeholders and guide the organization’s AI transformation journey across AD and AMS environments
• Work closely with engineering teams to embed AI capabilities into development and maintenance workflows
