Job Overview:
Senior QA Lead with strong hands-on expertise in Python, Playwright, Pytest and Jenkins, capable of architecting scalable automation frameworks and driving end-to-end QA strategy leading the team

Detailed Job Description
Strong handson expertise in Python and Playwright for UI and endtoend test automation. (MUST HAVE SKILLS)
Proven experience designing and maintaining scalable automation frameworks using Playwright, Python and Pytest.
Strong understanding of QA processes and test strategies including Smoke, Sanity, Regression, Integration and Performance Testing.
Handson experience integrating automated test suites with JenkinsCICD pipelines.
Experience with API testing, database validation, testdata management and debugging.
Strong understanding of crossbrowser testing, parallel execution, reporting, tracing and flakytest stabilization.
Ability to define automation strategy, coding standards, quality gates and test coverage.
Experience leading QA teams, conducting code reviews and mentoring automation engineers.
Exposure to AI GenAI enabled QA automation, such as intelligent test generation, failure analysis, test optimization or AI assisted automation.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication and stakeholder management skills.
