- Provide direction, coaching, and quality assurance for Business Data Analysts, promoting consistent methods.
- Facilitate workshops and decision-making sessions that integrate business, data, and technology teams.
- Conduct data profiling and root-cause analysis to assess data structure, quality, and integrity.
- Use evidence and insights to challenge assumptions and recommend practical solutions.
- Contribute to Program Increment planning and Agile Release Train ceremonies.
- Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Experience working with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interrogate complex datasets and translate findings into business recommendations.
- Proficiency in data visualisation tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.
It would be great if you also have
- Experience in retail, healthcare, or another data-rich customer environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, advanced Excel, Python, Tableau, or Power BI.
- Familiarity with Azure, Databricks, data warehousing, or database management.
- Knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modelling, or machine learning.
