Role Summary
CL is seeking aLead Automation Specialist to join the Enterprise AI & Automation team. This is ahigh-impact, senior-level role acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and IT to design and deliver scalable automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will leadend-to-end automation initiatives—from discovery and requirements gathering to solution design, development, and deployment—while driving enterprise-wide process optimization and AI-led innovation.

Key Responsibilities
Serve as theprimary liaison between business and IT for automation initiatives
Leadrequirements gathering, process mapping, and solution design for automation use cases
Design, develop, and deploy automation solutions using platforms likeUiPath or similar RPA tools
Identify opportunities forprocess improvement, efficiency gains, and cost reduction
Act as aSubject Matter Expert (SME) in automation and intelligent workflows
Driveenterprise-scale automation programs aligned with AI and digital transformation goals
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Data, AI, Engineering, Operations)
Ensure governance, compliance, and best practices in automation deployments
Mentor junior team members and help scale automation capabilities

Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience inautomation, RPA, or process engineering roles
Strong hands-on experience withUiPath or similar (Automation Anywhere, Blue Prism, Power Automate)
Proven ability towork directly with business stakeholders and translate requirements into technical solutions
Experience leadingend-to-end automation implementations
Strong understanding ofprocess mapping, workflow optimization, and system integrations
Experience inenterprise environments (banking/financial services preferred)
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications
Exposure toAI/ML-driven automation or intelligent document processing (IDP)
Experience integrating automation withcloud platforms (Azure preferred)
Knowledge of APIs, data pipelines, and enterprise systems
Certifications in RPA tools (UiPath Certified Professional or equivalent)
Experience inpost-merger system integration or enterprise transformation initiatives
