We seek aLead Assistive Technology Instructorto provideAssistive Technology Instructional Services. Provide supervision, positive example, and support for all AT Instructors. Assist in ensuring that all Assistive Technology instruction meets the needs of the clients.  Lead efforts to identify and effectively implement improvements to the organization’s ability to provide effective AT services.

What You’ll Do

• Lead, coach, and develop our Assistive Technology Team
• Oversee AT curricula, ensuring high-quality, efficient, and impactful service delivery
• Drive program improvements, innovation, and growth aligned with community needs
• Provide direct client support and assessments
• Evaluate new and emerging technologies to determine accessibility and compatibility with current hardware and software platforms providing technical training.

Qualifications

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• 2+ years’ experience working with individuals with visual impairments (or other disabilities)
• Strong leadership, team-building and curriculum development skills
• Passion for mission-driven work and improving lives
