Job Title: Lead Analyst – D&IT Data

Experience: 6–8 Years
Location: Pune,Hyderabad

About the Role:

We’re looking for aLead Analyst – D&IT Data to drive Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives, with a strong focus onSAP MDG implementation. The role bridges business needs and IT solutions, contributing to architecture design, system evolution, and delivery of data-centric projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional and technical specs.

  • Estimate project scope, impact, and budget with architects and analysts.

  • Define and support data architecture, ensuring alignment with IT strategy.

  • Oversee technical implementation, validate specs, and run functional testing.

  • Contribute to RFPs and vendor assessments as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Expertise inSAP MDG andMaster Data Management (MDM) tools.

  • Technical background:ABAP, WebDynpro, API Webservices, IDoc.

  • Functional understanding of MDM processes and governance.

  • Experience in system architecture, integration, and data projects.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management.

  • Industry experience insteel/manufacturing preferred.

  • Fluent in English; other European languages are a plus.
