Job Description:
- 8+ years of software development experience with a strong theoretical and practical understanding of Python, Generative AI concepts, including LLMs/SLMs, prompt engineering, AI agents, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and model evaluation methodologies.
- Knowledge of AI agents, evaluations, security, and Responsible AI, including model quality, hallucination detection, and AI guardrails.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise platforms and providing technical leadership from architecture design through production deployment.
