Für unseren Facilities Management Standort in Norderstedt suchen wir Sie als

Projektmanager (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben:

• eigenständige Planung, Steuerung und Kontrolle komplexer technischer Projekte im Facility Management unter Berücksichtigung von GMP-Richtlinien sowie aller regulatorischen Anforderungen
• Identifizierung und Management projektbezogener Risiken sowie Entwicklung adäquater Gegenmaßnahmen
• Bewertung technischer Lösungsansätze und Sicherstellung der Kompatibilität mit bestehenden Systemen und Anlagen
• technische Due Diligence bei neuen Projekten oder Anlagenmodifikationen
• technische Schnittstelle zwischen FM, Produktion und Qualitätssicherung
• Steuerung interdisziplinärer Projektteams sowie externer Dienstleister
• Unterstützung beim Masterplanning
• Mitarbeit bei Audits und Inspektionen durch Behörden
• Implementierung und Überwachung von Qualitätssicherungssystemen im technischen Bereich

Ihre Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen:

• ingenieurwissenschaftliches Studium (Maschinenbau, Verfahrenstechnik, TGA, Gebäudetechnik) oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
• ca. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Management komplexer technischer Projekte
• Kenntnisse im Facility Management, vorzugsweise in GMP-regulierten Umgebungen
• Erfahrung mit Qualifizierungs- und Validierungsprozessen von technischen Anlagen
• Kenntnisse der technischen Gebäudeausrüstung (HVAC, Reinraum, Energieversorgung, etc.)
• Fundiertes Wissen im Projektmanagement (Zertifizierung nach IPMA, PMI oder vergleichbar sind von Vorteil
• Erfahrung mit CAFM-Systemen und MS Project oder vergleichbaren Projektmanagement-Tools
