In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing legal translations and ensuring their accuracy, consistency, and compliance with legal terminology and standards. You will work closely with the translation team and interact with a diverse client base.

You will also play an active role in the ongoing development of the team’s expertise by designing training initiatives and contributing to the continuous improvement of tools, processes, and best practices.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

• Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar;

• Member of OTTIAQ or a comparable professional regulatory body;

• Proven experience in a similar role involving the revision and translation of legal and financial documents (English to French);

• Strong knowledge of computer-assisted translation (CAT) tools, combined with a keen interest in AI-powered translation solutions and emerging language technologies;

• Excellent bilingual communication skills, written and verbal, in both English and French;

• Positive, collaborative approach with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills;

• Strong organizational skills, sound judgment, ability to work independently, and proven capacity to manage multiple priorities.
