Our client, a boutique firm specializing in litigation and plaintiff-side class actions,is currently seeking an experienced lawyer with at least 3 years of civil and commercial litigation experience to join their dynamic team. Experience in class actions or insolvency would be considered a strong asset.

YOUR ROLE:

• Represent clients in court;
• Draft legal opinions and complex legal proceedings;
• Work on cases in various areas of litigation, including plaintiff-side class actions;
• Collaborate with specialized lawyers and a diverse clientele.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Member in good standing of the Quebec Bar;
• Approximately 3+ years of litigation experience in an established law firm;
• Experience in class actions or insolvency is a significant asset;
• Team spirit and strong client service skills;
• Leadership abilities and strong organizational skills.
