💰 Pay: $48,000 – $52,000/year
📍 Schedule: 1st Shift | 4 Days/Week (3-Day Weekends Every Week!)

🔧 What You’ll Do:

• Set up and operate CNC lathes

• Read and interpretblueprints, prints, and setup sheets

• Load materials (bar stock) and monitor machine performance

• Install and adjustcutting tools, guide bushings, and tool holders

• Performtight-tolerance inspections using micrometers, calipers, and gauges

• Completein-process inspections and documentation

• Identify and report defects or machining issues

• Perform routine machine maintenance (coolant, oils, lubrication)

• Maintain aclean, safe, and organized work environment

🧠 What You Bring:

• Experience operating or setting uplathes 

• Strong mechanical aptitude

• Ability to read and understandblueprints and tolerances

• Experience withprecision measuring instruments

• High attention to detail and commitment to quality

• Solid math skills (fractions, decimals, tolerances)

• Willingness to learn and grow within the role

• Experience withtight-tolerance machining

• Multi-axis CNC or Swiss machine background

• Troubleshooting and minor program adjustment experience
