Pay:$20.00- $25.00 per hour

Open Positions:

Landscape Maintenance Foreman
Lead and work alongside a crew caring for high-end residential maintenance accounts, including mowing, trimming, pruning, and blowing. You will run weekly site inspections and checklists and keep safety front and center.
Requirements: 3+ years supervising landscape maintenance crews. Valid driver’s license. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Landscape Maintenance Team Member
Maintain high-end private residences and commercial properties: operating equipment, cutting turf, pruning, weeding, mulching, and caring for flower beds.
Requirements: 1 year of lawn care experience. Valid driver’s license. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Landscape Construction Team Member
Support landscape installations at high-end residences and commercial properties: planting trees and shrubs, laying sod, installing flower beds and mulch, digging, and loading and unloading plant material.
Requirements: 1 year of landscape installation experience. Valid driver’s license. Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.

Plant Health Care Technician
Mix and apply fertilizers, herbicides, and fungicides to turf and landscape beds on residential and commercial properties, following label and safety procedures. You will also calibrate equipment, complete daily paperwork, and talk with customers about their properties.
Requirements: 1+ year of chemical or spray application experience. Valid driver’s license and Strong attention to detail.

Small Engine / Two-Cycle Mechanic (Part Time: Evenings and Saturdays)
Diagnose, repair, and maintain small engine equipment, including trimmers, edgers, blowers, chain saws, and gas and diesel mowers. You will also handle preventive maintenance like blade sharpening and oil changes.
Requirements: 2+ years in a general small engine repair shop. Welding and Spanish proficiency are a plus.

Physical Requirements

All field and shop roles involve working outdoors in Florida heat and weather, extended physical activity, and lifting, pushing, or pulling objects over 50 pounds.
